Why we yoga

Yoga not only fine tunes our physical body, it also:

๐Ÿง˜๐Ÿผโ€ Itโ€™s about learning to take us out of our heads, into our bodies to feel, process and move through our emotions and daily challenges (instead of living in our heads in the past or in the future).
๐Ÿง˜๐Ÿผโ€ Yoga connects (reminds!) us of our spiritual nature that extends far past our human-ess.

Our role here on earth is through our โ€œhuman experienceโ€ to learn to navigate past fear (in whichever way it shows up in our worlds) our way to our natural state of being which is love.

A dedicated yoga practice is not a replacement for your fitness routine, but a practice of learning to find your true purpose, fulfilment, peace, contentment and acceptance of yourself, others and your world.
